SOUND!!!!

Everything is great and all but if i log out and back in again, or just exit the app for awhile, the sound doesnt work anymore when I go back. I tried making a new account, but it still only worked the first time I used the app. Im not sure if theres a setting or something, but I cant seem to find it! HELP!
